Senior Dental Assistant
The Senior Dental Assistant supports dentists in delivering high-quality patient care and ensures smooth clinical operations. This role involves advanced chairside assistance, maintaining dental instruments and equipment, and mentoring junior staff to uphold clinic standards and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during various dental procedures and surgeries.
- Prepare and sterilize instruments, equipment, and treatment areas.
- Manage patient records and ensure accurate documentation.
- Oversee inventory and ordering of dental supplies.
- Instruct and supervise junior dental assistants and trainees.
- Ensure compliance with clinic protocols and infection control standards.

Requirements:
- Diploma or certification in Dental Assisting.

The Patient Service Officer is responsible for providing excellent front-line service to patients, ensuring smooth administrative operations within the clinic. This role involves managing patient appointments, handling inquiries, and supporting the dental team to deliver an exceptional patient experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups.
- Handle patient registration, billing, and payment processing.
- Maintain and update patient records accurately.
- Coordinate with dental assistants and dentists for daily operations.
- Address patient inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly.

Requirements:

- Oversee inventory, procurement, and maintenance of clinic supplies and equipment.
- Implement and monitor infection control and safety protocols.
- Handle patient concerns and ensure excellent customer service.
- Support dentists and administrative staff to meet operational goals.

Requirements:

Responsibilities
- Assist the Clinic-In-Charge in supervising and coordinating clinic staff.
- Ensure smooth patient flow and efficient daily operations.
- Support in monitoring inventory, supply orders, and equipment maintenance.
- Help implement clinic policies, safety, and infection control protocols.
- Address patient inquiries and support service recovery when needed.
- Coordinate staff schedules, attendance, and task assignments.

Requirements:
